My professional life started in Customer Service in the Contact Center Industry across multiple accounts and many different roles as a staff member before switching to the Business Process Improvement perspective.I started working in the Contact Center Industry in accounts like Zynga, Sprint and Avon. I was an agent for voice, chat and email for a couple of years before officially becoming a trainer in 2015 which is when I started performing training for new hires, staff members and management along with tasks as a supervisor, quality assurance/customer experience specialist and some workforce management.The more I learned about the Contact Center Industry, the more I realized that going for Business Process Improvement was the best way to make an impact and start making things more efficient in such a fast-[aced environment where everything is measured to the second. Because of that I got into HCL and I was recently promoted from the PreBilling role to become a Workflow Administrator after completing many projects and reports per upper management request (including training for new hires due to my background) while always making sure to meet deadlines in my own tasks and personal projects exceeding metrics for almost 2 years straight now.
