Sales have increased 20 times during my tenure from 2009 through 2022 full year sales, with double-digit increases year-over-year.• Lead the strategic marketing, communication and training initiatives with the sales agency reps, direct customers and luxury influencer / designer community for the Brizo brand. • Run the cause-marketing partnership for the Brizo brand with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Became the first-ever National Sponsor of the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway Program and have generated $7m of product and monetary donations since 2010. Personally honored by an award-of-a-lifetime from St. Jude with a brick on their Memphis campus commemorating me as a St. Jude Champion.• Specialize in identifying the customer and/or sales needs or gaps and executing toward that goal. Examples include:- Led a DFC corporate initiative to create quality design files required by architects, interior designers and engineers in order to specify the products. Project-managed the development of all products across three brands, approx. 6,000 skus in three file types (Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD) and available on multiple platforms. - Identified the need and championed to become Project Owner for a sales specification tool called Product Proposal Creator. Collaborated with IT to develop an internal, SalesForce based platform to save countless hours, improve accuracy and provide tracking / analytics capabilities for sales team.
