As a site engineer, I managed various aspects of construction projects, ensuring they were completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications. My responsibilities included overseeing construction activities, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, interpreting blueprints and designs, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.In my role as a production engineer, I focused on optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and output. This involved analysing production data, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to address them. I worked closely with production teams to streamline workflows, minimize downtime, and maximize resource utilisation.Overall, my experience as both a site engineer and production engineer has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of construction and manufacturing processes, as well as the skills to manage projects effectively and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
