As the Onboarding Coordinator at SEA Level Social, I was responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training sessions for incoming marketing assistants. My goal was to provide them with the tools and knowledge they needed to excel in their roles, and help them feel confident in their ability to contribute to the team.In addition to my training responsibilities, I also performed quarterly analytics on our clients' social media pages. Through this analysis, I identified areas of growth and recommended strategic enhancements to optimize their social media presence.I effectively nurtured and communicated with current and potential clients through Mailchimp email campaigns, leveraging this platform to strengthen our relationships and promote our services.To further support our clients' success, I developed and maintained extensive databases of relevant Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts for each new client.
