As the Onboarding Coordinator at SEA Level Social, I was responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training sessions for incoming marketing assistants. My goal was to provide them with the tools and knowledge they needed to excel in their roles, and help them feel confident in their ability to contribute to the team.In addition to my training responsibilities, I also performed quarterly analytics on our clients' social media pages. Through this analysis, I identified areas of growth and recommended strategic enhancements to optimize their social media presence.I effectively nurtured and communicated with current and potential clients through Mailchimp email campaigns, leveraging this platform to strengthen our relationships and promote our services.To further support our clients' success, I developed and maintained extensive databases of relevant Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts for each new client. By leveraging these networks, I was able to maximize collaboration and brand exposure within the district, and ultimately drive results for our clients.I am proud to have played an integral role in the success of SEA Level Social, and look forward to continuing to make a positive impact in my future endeavors.

As a member of the SEA Level Social team, I am responsible for creating social media campaigns for school nutrition programs nationwide. This includes designing graphics using Canva and scheduling and posting them on various social media platforms, based on data-driven insights from our analytics. In addition, I actively engage with potential customers through MailChimp to expand our client base. Furthermore, I am involved in managing our website, overseeing the transition from WordPress to Wix, and assisting with onboarding new clients, training interns, and conducting quarterly analytics for our diverse client portfolio.

During my time at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, my role entailed providing support to the marketing team in promoting the company. This encompassed the creation of numerous promotional materials for distribution to households, colleges, and local churches. Leveraging my efficient output and swift delivery, we witnessed a significant upswing in patient numbers across our multiple locations.
