I spent my time in college studying computer science, and got hooked to the feeling of solving tangible problems and creating something from scratch. I've lived and breathed computers for a decade now and have no issue digging in for a grinding coding session, where my code either breaks or I do. Despite deciding that the college experience wasn't for me, I have no intention to give up on becoming a software engineer. I am confident I can and will continue to develop the skills to succeed in this industry in the years to come.This confidence has only grown after completing the Software Engineering course at Brainstation. The hours were rigorous and the pacing of content was fast, but I found myself enjoying the process more and more as the course went on. I was able to see a clear growth in my skillset, and I found that all the more rewarding.
