Tasked with creating greater awareness of WFG’s product portfolio, Identifying product options that fit clients needs,and supported Marketing and Sales Initiatives.

Successfully created and promoted various marketing initiatives and programs, designed to assist WFG Field Associates in building their business. The projects developed included heavy interaction and feedback from the field.

Marketing/Management Leadership Trainee- Learned the “ins and outs” of a financial services marketing company by spending significant time with each functional department. Gained a working knowledge of how they fit into the overall business model.

First area of rotations for Marketing/Management training program where a significant amount of time was spent learning the functional departments of an AEGON Company Product Provider (Western Reserve Life). Completed a comprehensive rotation with each department and assisted with various departmental projects. The job shadowing rotation schedule provided a working knowledge of life company operations and BU activities supporting life insurance product promotion, sales and administration.
