I worked as an Information Technology Intern in the corporate office of Gypsum Management and Supply (GMS) during the summer months following my Junior and Senior years of High School. As an IT intern at GMS, I was tasked with developing a more efficient process for ordering new and replacement computers that I would configure and then ship out for use. I also researched different web mail services for GMS to switch over to. Working as an IT Intern at GMS also allowed me to have hands-on experience working in Active Directory, as a part of an IT Help Desk, and to improve the layout of the company's corporate web site.
