Currently I am a Security Officer with Billings Clinic. In this position I conduct regular patrols of the hospital,greet and screen patients and visitors coming into the hospital, and intake and document valuable items. I also assist with resistant patients and visitors and escort trespassers off the premesis. With Billings Clinic I went through an extensive training program consisting of 120 hours and have submitted my application for a Montana State Security Guard License. As an Assistant Store Manager with Sherwin Williams, I have been given the responsibility of helping run a successful business. These responsibilities include overseeing store operations, managing budgets and processing payments, as well as maintaining excellent customer service. In addition to building extensive knowledge on products and services.In my role as Director of Human Resources and Administration, with Windsor Christian Academy, myresponsibilities included the following: Managing and Updating Company Policies and Benefits Plans.Developing and training Staff members on new Technologies and Business Operations. Researching andstaying up to date on legal compliance issues. And negotiating contracts with 3rd party vendors. My biggest achievement with WCA, was developing and implementing the school's online learning program. When Covid-19 began in March of 2020, WCA was completely unprepared for distance learning, and it fell to me to figure out how to accomplish this. This required me to figure out the best way to implement online learning, which involved Zoom, G Suite, and YouTube. I also had to replace all of the PCs in the school, which I built myself, and teach Staff, Students, and Parents how to use this technology.I also have 7 years of legal experience between my time in Law School and while employed with BraytonPurcell, LLP. At Brayton Purcell, I held the position of a discovery clerk. My responsibilities primarily included drafting and responding to sets of discovery in personal injury cases. Drafting these responses included legal research through Lexis Nexus, reviewing evidence and depositions, and client interviews. Every discovery response was completed within strict deadlines, and included extensive legal research.
