With 20+ years of experience in the financial advisor industry leading regional teams, I am able to help direct and guide our regional leadership as we expand to new locations across the country. This includes supporting client acquisition, recruiting, and practice acquisition activities. As part of our commitment to develop Level 5 leaders, I also share my experience and insights through our internal leadership and professional development programs. This allows me to grow a high performing team of professionals committed to a quality client experience and to building future generations of leaders.

I started my career with Ameriprise as a Financial Advisor in 1997. I quickly moved into the leadership side of the business becoming a district manager in 2000. I was promoted to a Field Vice President in New Brighton, MN in 2003 and ran that business for 3 years prior to moving to Edina, MN to assume the same role in a larger market. In February of 2009 I was given the opportunity to become the Complex Director for the Dallas/Ft. Worth. I was proud to leave the Dallas/Ft. Worth Complex as top ranked Complex within the Ameriprise system. I then transitioned to the Regional Vice President Role in the Central Region. Our region covers Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Colorado and Utah.My mission is to become the firm of choice in the Central Region for Wealth Management advisors to build their practices. Our branches will provide turnkey marketing programs for advisors to acquire high net worth clients and world class support staff. Experienced advisors in the industry will realize that Ameriprise is the firm of choice due to our advisor centered culture, marketing support and industry leading transition packages and payouts.
