Responsible for ingesting various video, audio, subtitles and artwork files through proprietary software. This includes analyzing the file and registering information to make sure that the file is up to spec and can get delivered to the correct location.I also assist with training and organizing training documents on internal systems.

Facilitate the uploading and downloading of digital assets. Assign appropriate taxonomy and metadata to assets. Troubleshooting failed imports. Updating Metadata and general asset library maintenance. Maintain proper naming conventions and folder structures. Support critical and time sensitive requests.

Responsible for building Digital Asset Packages including gathering Assets, creating Key and Poster Art to platform specifications, writing Metadata and compressing all files into platform specific packages.Delivering packages through Aspera and FTP Software.Software Development with proprietary programs that included developing and implementing workflows, testing and logging bugs.Manage a team of up to 6 packagers to ensure that delivery schedules were met. Manage the bandwidth of the pipeline ensuring on-time delivery of packages. Responsible for maintaining and updating Platform Spec guides and Delivery Standards.
