Duties include:- IT support relating to technical issues involving core business applications, operating systems, and productivity suites, such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.- Support of disaster recovery solutions.- Technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.- Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, terminal solutions, etc.,- Monitor the remote management & monitoring system alerts and notifications, and respond accordingly through service tickets.- System documentation maintenance with contributions to internal knowledge base.- Fast turnaround of customer requests.- Effective communication and teamwork coordination.- Work with Senior Service Desk Technicians to ensure requests are routed to the proper resource in order to be resolved quickly and efficiently.- Escalate service requests that require engineer-level support.- Responsible for entering time and expenses in the Help Desk System as they occur.
