Managing all day to day email deployments for a Global Fortune 500 company, including setup for ExactTarget, checking for, and fixing rendering issues in the HTML, setting up data, quality assurance, and scheduling.

• Customer accounts: Sales support for assigned $1,000,000+ accounts. Identify new opportunities to increase revenue in existing accounts and develop new leads. Customer service and problem resolution including running counts, entering orders, billing, and shipping information, and dealing with service bureaus.• Design HTML for email blasts/Prospecting: Create HTML email blasts using Adobe Dreamweaver, Goldmine, and Constant Contact. Build prospect lists of business executives for specific industries and lines of business. Demonstrated success identifying and targeting viable business prospects and obtaining accurate and up to date contact information.• Compilation/Data Hygiene: Manage an update/hygiene schedule processing monthly DNC’s, quarterly NCOAs, and list updates. Work directly with the compilation director in building new lists, as well as adding sources to existing compiled lists.• Update Websites: Manage Nextmark datacard updates for assigned accounts, which take place after every list change. Post blog and newsfeed updates on our websites.• Count/Ordering systems: Utilize various industry count and ordering systems including major suppliers of consumer emails, automobile data, and consumer databases such as Experian and Epsilon.• MS Office: In-house MS Office expert resource, with emphasis on Excel. Ability to format complicated data and lists for ease of use to match customer layout requirements. Create and manage ongoing sales report that is filterable on any level.• Training: Create detailed and easy to follow training manuals. Host webinar training for wholesale clients.
