As a First Class Content Creator my typical work for PokerStars is as follow;- An email requesting a job is received, sometimes a video meetings with marketing team leaders is needed. A brief with key points is created. These briefs mainly consist of new game, event or responsible gaming promos, game explanation videos, editing/enhancing videos for youtube and other media outlets, and creating assets.- Idea generation and story boarding begins. Once I feel the ideas satisfy the brief, I then share with the team. At this point feedback is received and then changes are executed promptly.- The animation or design work begins and depending on the length of the job, I would send updates at key milestones.- As PokerStars have global markets all assets are designed with the capability to be translated. These are not your typical captions, rather the whole visual asset is translated to retain a custom market feel. As this is more engaging to the different markets.

I was brought on to assist in updating the brand logo, brainstorming and creating templates for social content, web/product assets, product branding and icon design. I explored and created different aesthetic avenues the brand can take, working closely with the creative director to come to a visual conclusion. The new logo and visual outcome is being used and the team continue to develop the brand further.
