As the Global Director of People Operations, I am responsible for growing and developing a diverse, international, and inspiring team of professionals at Impact Water, who are working diligently to provide clean water to more than 100,000 schools across Africa. I have over 12 years of experience in managing environmental and social conflicts, facilitating collaboration, and delivering thought-provoking trainings to all types of audiences.I believe in bringing people together to find solutions to some of the world's most challenging problems, especially in the areas of water safety, public health, and environmental destruction. I have a master's degree in international environmental policy with a focus on conflict resolution and a bachelor's degree in international and environmental studies. I also served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Benin, where I created and implemented community-based agricultural and environmental education projects.
