I enrolled in the CIC in 1997 and worked with 706 Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadron during my entire CIC career. I also served a full 3 year mandate as the Commanding officer of that Squadron at which time I transferred to Sup Res in order to spend more time with my two children .

I taught a variety of courses to other CIC officers. These included the BOQ (Basic Officer Training Course), the RSO (Range Safety Officer Course - .22cal) and the Training Officer Course.
