Our proven programs aligns teams and develops leaders. It is an honour to have the responsibility to help my clients and to be apart of the team at Leading Teams. Director MSW Movement Science and Wellbeing (www.movementsciencewellbeing.com) MSW (Movement Science Wellbeing) is a program at the cutting edge of movement and wellbeing education. The fundamental underpinnings of this growth approach incorporate the synergies between Fundamental Movement Capacities, PERMA (Dr Martin Seligmen), Mindfulness, Critical Thinking, and Authentic HappinessFinally I love playing music with my mates in our band No Strings Attached.
