• Project manage renovation of 16 units to be in-line with ADA and LA Community Redevelopment Agency requirements.
• Manage staff of 3 maintenance technicians and 2 administrative assistants, apartment turnover process, and annual HUD/ LAHD and internal project inspections. Increase occupancy rate from 83% to 100% in the first 60.

Jordan Downs Redevelopment Phase 1A

• Managed 115 PBV and LIHTC multifamily units of Jordan Downs redevelopment Phase 1A of the multi-year masterplan.
• Conducted the first and second annual TCAC income re-certifications to ensure all tenants complied with state and federal directives.
• Maintained a yearly budget of nearly $1.2M and analyzed what preventative maintenance and modernizations could be performed within that budget.
• Asset managed in collaboration with HACLA, BRIDGE Housing Corporation, The Michael’s Organization, and stakeholders to resolve project related issues and meet community needs and investor goals.
• Managed apartment turnover process, scheduled vendors and annual Section 8 and internal project inspections.
• Oversaw 3 maintenance technicians, 5 security guards, and various third-party teams for weekly project improvements and to uphold quality of newly constructed units and common areas

• Assisted in managing a portfolio of over 300 workforce and affordable multifamily units in Michigan and California
• Reviewed budgets, financials, and audits to align with projections and owner objectives.
• Project-managed renovation processes to ensure construction completion on time for lease-up.
