Sales Development Representative
Current- Conduct discovery calls to gather, validate, and document information for the Account Executive;- Collect contact information and other potential customer details, ensuring accurate data is maintained in the platform;- Effectively handle incoming sales inquiries;- Provide information to nurture potential clients and guide them toward success;- Identify key prospects and create strategic account profiles, researching and gathering business requirements and delivering them to the respective Account Executive;- Maintain detailed documentation on qualified leads before passing them on to a consultant, sales manager, or partnerships team;- Educate potential customers about customization and best practices for using Pipedrive.
