I am a tech-loving, problem-solving, curious-minded Engineer. I have spent most of my professional career teaching myself Microsoft technologies, and backing those up with Microsoft Certifications which at its pinnacle means I have become a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, specializing in Windows Servers Installation, configuration and administration, Exchange Administration as well as SQL and Sharepoint Administration.I have more recently expanded my academic and practical knowledge to include SaaS, AI, Data Science and Programming with Python.I have always found joy in learning and expanding my knowledge which has lead me down the path of pursuing a Computer Science qualification, this has meant my interests have now expanded to understand and learn the ever evolving field of AI and Data Science, as well as learning some programming languages like Python, C and Javascript.I enjoy automating everything, if I come across any mundane task in my personal or professional life, I always think, how can I automate this and make my life 'easier'. hence having the philosophy of 'work smarter, not harder'. I have worked in large international tech organizations, provided all levels of tech support, as well as Systems administration.I have flown solo as a freelance / Self employed IT Specialist focusing on Cloud Solutions like Azure and AWS with a massive influence in providing solutions to small businesses and managing both small and large IT teams.to more recently, expanding into the European market working in the Support Engineering department for one of the largest CRM companies in the world, with my main responsibilities being SQL database administration and maintenance and using various tools in the SaaS industry to resolve complex issues / bugs brought to us by customer facing teams.
