Participated in project “Løftet” (“The Lift”) where 30 UX-designers, developers and content creators merged over 50 websites into one (oslo.kommune.no). We reduced over 60.000 web pages (🤯) to just over 8.000 while at the same time increasing user satisfaction / user task completion rate.I developed a data driven framework for systematically optimizing web content through web analytics and user feedback.
