Primarily dealing with claims for credit hire and repairs, while also dealing with the liability related claims from initial report all the way to proceedings. I have previously reported team statistics and help build MI to aid management at looking at the team from a statistical point of view. I have helped highlight companies with fraud concerns. Due to dealing with litigation I have handled PI claims, having knowledge of the portal and dealing with claims that are no longer within the process. As a senior member and the technical handler on the team I have been involved in the interviewing, training and coaching of new employees.
