Designed 1:1 mentorship programs and educational curriculum in science, math, psychology, and executive functioning for 6-12th grade and postsecondary students with various special needs: ranging from Social Anxiety, ADHD, Autism, Physically Challenged students, and more. Built, managed, and maintained strong client (student and parent) relationships and upsold services such as private tutoring sessions with continuous client satisfaction and trust.Led, set up, and managed professional development and onboarding training for other faculty and staff on new education management and CRM systems such as Salesforce, Genius, and Canvas.Created databases for: the Science and Mathematics departments, online curriculums with grading systems, and specifically tailored multimedia course materials such as individualized webpages for students on Canvas. Created daily, monthly and quarterly reports to track performance against set KPIs, timelines, budgets, and goals, to streamline internal systems and process for efficiency and efficacy. Organized and led extracurricular programs and events for students such as: starting the Science Lab; managing the Science Club; organizing cultural activities for Black History Month, Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, and more.
