Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Team Lead
CurrentManages client relationships and provides outstanding recruitment services in the manufacturing, transportation, financial and technology industries.- Consult with current and new clients to discuss their recruitment needs.- Conduct job analysis. Develop and post job descriptions.- Manage the interview and placement process from introduction of candidate to client through offer and acceptance to prevent fall offs and ensure a smooth onboarding process.- Employ recruitment strategies to identify and source qualified and best-fit candidates, leveraging technology and networking to find active and passive candidates.- Qualify candidates through detailed phone screenings to assess knowledge, skills, abilities (KSA's) and experience- Use of online hiring and application tracking tools including ZipRecruiter, Indeed.com, Monster, and CareerBuilder.- Ensure client and candidate satisfaction through ongoing communication, accurate record keeping and providing relevant and updated industry knowledge.
