I'm known as a hardworking employee with the Dedication to any company I work for and any position I'm placed in I give it my all. I have been known to have the desire to give it my best and strive at what I do. I am a well disciplined and I hold people (including myself) accountable for what they do. I've gained my experience from starting off as an inspector on the prodution floor and built myself up to supervisor roles. I show initiative and have a good energy so, I love to lead by example that rubs off on others. I have strong interpersonal skills which helps me lead a strong team. Im great at being involed and implementing different ideas of strategies to make the workload easier but also help increase production. I have acquired different skills over these past few years that will help me to be an asset to any company I work for.
