Portfolio Development, User Interface and design, Page Layout (Print and Web). Social Media campaigns, HTML5 and CSS, Copy writing, Color Theory, Typography, Digital media, and Product Photography. LI also offer assistance to other departments on campus: Printer configuration and LAN assistance and setup, Computer installation/configuration/network setup, Software & Hardware research, Substituting for other instructors in General Education Psychology, Public Speaking, Computer Aided Drafting, Business Ethics and Practice, Technical Writing (My area of knowledge is for Manufacturing and Production).• Prepare / deliver instruction to students• Develop online courses and online enrichment• Counsel and recruit new students• Prepare materials for any state and/or federal reporting• Author chapter IV for Higher Learning Commission (Federal Government Branch) • Prepare department inventories • Order department supplies• Research hardware and software• Install, network, and configure classroom and department computers• Gather information from advisory committee members and host meetings• Develop educational strategies to remain current and up-to-date with software and hardware• Develop curriculum content and syllabi concurrent with course offerings• Career & placement counseling for completing students• Remain current with design & office software and hardware• Government Grant Writing• Maintain an advisory council for the department• General counseling as it pertains to student / life issues• Maintain student / employer contact• Stay familiar with employment laws and regulations• Perform other duties for the department as necessary
