Provide top level PC and network support to 1000+ users in local and remote locations. Configure, test, and install software packages and OSs on new and reconfigured computers and servers. Identify and implement new hardware and software solutions. Troubleshoot and solve hardware, software, and network issues. Configure and install DSL and cable modems. Coordinate equipment repair and replacement. Coordinate with vendors purchase and install of network circuits and new equipment. Install, terminate, and test network and telephony wiring in current and new construction. Travel to remote locations for network, server, PC, and printer installation and configuration. Support disaster recovery plans, performing regular backups and creating Ghost images of workstations prior to upgrades. Create and administer Users, Groups, Computers, Servers in Microsoft Active Directory.

Provide 3rd level PC and network support to 800 network users (local & remote) in 3 offices. Configure, test, and install software packages and OSs on new and reconfigured PCs. Software support includes, but not limited to, Office 97-Office 2003, Outlook 2000-Outlook 2003, Windows 98, NT4.0, Windows 2000, XP Pro, Norton Antivirus, Filemaker Pro, Visio, Project, Access, Palm OS, VPN clients, Norton Ghost, and KPMG proprietary software. Perform customer requests in a timely and accurate manner including immediate Network / PC troubleshooting and repair, hardware and software usage instructions and installation, specifying hardware and software for technology solutions, coordinating repair vendors for in and out of warranty equipment. Perform Network maintenance in a Novell 4.2 environment including creation and deletion of user accounts, printer queue creation, production server backup utilizing Arcserve 6.0. Avaya PBX administration and maintenance.
