As an Independent Technology Consultant I assist businesses to better integrate, optimize and utilize the technology they have and the options available to them. Primarily focused on Microsoft products such as Office 365, Azure, virtualization, and compliance. I have recently helped multiple businesses complete migrations to Office 365, including SharePoint / OneDrive, CRM, SQL, AD, and hybrid Exchange deployments. As part of this process I assist with the evaluation of the products / services, planning of the deployment, and deployment processes. In addition I assist to document not only the process, but the support to help users transition and get the most out of the services / products.

As the Manager of the Solutions and Support Services group I was responsible for an oversaw all internal IT, Support [both internal and external], and projects for GP, CRM, SharePoint, Office 365, SQL, RDS, and Azure. I helped to grow the team from 4 to 15 over 3 years. I was responsible for growing and maintaining our support and service offerings from just GP support and implementations to fully supporting each practice area and our client base across GP, CRM, SharePoint, Sales, O365 / Azure, BI / Development.
