Solution lead responsible for the successful execution of all Dynamics CRM activities and implementations for the County of San Diego. This includes leading the delivery effort with both internal team members and external vendors.▪ Developed strategic technology roadmaps with the managers at the Health and Humans Services Agency and the County Technology Office to update and improve existing systems.▪ Recognized aging applications and infrastructure, such as Mainframe applications and Access databases, and migrated over 20 applications to a modern and secure platform.▪ Led the architecture and delivery of CRM implementations with both internal team members and external vendors.▪ Performed implementation activities such as project management, requirements gathering, system configuration, entity creation, report creation, data migration, UAT, and end user training.▪ Served as the liaison between Microsoft and the County of San Diego to ensure right sizing of licensing and access to Microsoft’s newest technology.

Responsible for managing all aspects of an SAP Cloud ERP software consulting practice.▪ Developed an SAP software consulting practice from inception. Within 3 years, produced over $1 million in software and services revenue, developed a team of 5 service and support consultants, and acquired over 10 clients.▪ Produced practice budgets which included revenue targets, cost of sales, and gross profit goals. Monitored performance and reported directly to the CEO.▪ Fostered relationships with existing clients. Met with clients on a periodic basis to check-in on client relationships and plans for future objectives.▪ Assisted as the technical lead for sales demonstrations and qualification of new sales opportunities.▪ Worked closely with the Marketing Director to develop marketing strategies. Produced technical blogs to assist with content marketing initiatives.▪ Led implementation projects from inception to production rollout. This included creating project plans, allocating resources, managing communication and schedules with customers, conducting project status meetings, and ensuring a successful production rollout.

Responsible for the design and implementation of both Microsoft ERP and CPM (FP&A) software for companies in a broad range of industries.▪ Performed over 40 implementations of ERP/CPM software in a broad range of industries including: Biotech/Pharma, Inventory & Distribution, Manufacturing, and Financial Services.▪ Conducted requirements gathering with client SMEs across the following business areas: Finance/Accounting, Sales, AR, Purchasing, AP, Inventory, Manufacturing, and HR/Payroll.▪ Performed system configuration, data migration, user acceptance testing, end user training, , and go-live support.▪ Served as the lead finance consultant and met with Accounting Managers, Controllers, and CFOs to help design their chart of accounts and financial statements.▪ Knowledge of T-SQL used in creating SSRS reports, building SQL views, and performing data analysis.
