I'm currently the Director of Inside Sales /A.My primary mission is to lead the Inside Sales organization strategically with a focus on capturing the market share of the small and medium business segments. I am a graduate of the Advanced Leadership Program (ALP) and a graduate of the Executive Sales Leadership Program (ESLP). I have taken many self-learning leadership programs to include Emotional Intelligence, Leading with Vision, Coaching and Developing Employees, Time Management Fundamentals, Unconscious Bias, Managing Virtual Teams, Critical Thinking, etc. etc.I have taken on many additional responsibilities to include, Project Manager for Inside Sales, Technical Manager for Inside Sales. Developer for a proof-of-concept program designed to create and test an Inside Sales program. This program is the first to ever be implemented as a permanent part of the USPS. I am a strategic leader who analyzes situations, gathers insights, and utilizes available information in order to understand and solve organizational issues and problems. I have a track record for building internal and external networking relationships that foster both individual and organizational goals.Created new functionality within Panorama to include and display Genesys call information including previous attempts, rep extension numbers, and more.Created new reporting that allows for single-click access to recorded calls from the daily reporting.Worked with BCI to recreate CRT reporting with more accurate information and data stored in CDM instead of manual Excel files.Based on our innovation and willingness to support all groups within USPS, we were awarded $1M for investment into digital storageHired and trained 100+ sales reps on new technology and selling skills.Created the foundation for our Quality and Training GroupParticipated in creating the Agent Education Program with Strategic AccountsTransferred and referred opportunities and revenue that far exceeds the ISG goal – well over $100M to date.
