My roles is to manage the kitchen once the senior staff have left. This includes managing members of staff, dealing with complaints or issues and ensuring the kitchen is cleaned and left in a suitable condition for the next morning.

Here I would serve drinks and food from the leisure centre cafe, we dealt with a number of events and busy shifts as we were next to the local football team who's fans would use us for post and pre match refreshments.

I was tasked with providing exceptional customer service and serving food and beverages to our customers.
