Training Manager
CurrentDevelop, lead, and deliver companywide training programs that increase skills, knowledge, efficiency, and productivity. Lead and implement change while fostering long-term employee, vendor, and customer relationships.* Own the life cycle of organizational training and development including employee on-boarding, positional training, performance coaching, leadership and development, and special programs.* Perform needs assessments, define training objectives, develop and deliver training solutions that address organizational and employee gaps to align with the priorities of the business. * Support and facilitate in-person operations and safety training.
