We have had many companies thank us for our ability to track down problems and fix them. In more than one case after major companies could not diagnose and fix a problem after two or more weeks we get it done in less than a day and in some cases less than an hour. I was a Sales Engineer and customer service RepOur company consisted of several companys under a Parent or Holding companyWe we engineering consultants and MFG in the food processing industery as well as the nuclear industry and many more. We were one of only 6 companys that could program DSPs for Analog Modems. Although there were several hundred modem Mfg. Companys around the world only a few of us could Programthe Analog Modem DSPs. This is very technical and most companys purchased the technology from one of the 8 that could do the programing. RockWell was the Largest. We were the most versitile in that we could Program the DSPs to meet the specifications of Phone companys all over the world. Althoigh High Speed Digital is faster. It is far far less technical. The DSP on an Analog Modem is and was by far the most advanced piece of the computer in the 80s and 90s. This was just one of many things we worked on.I landed a very long contract with Rockwell to work on ways to look into radioactive areas remotely.and many other issues Rockwell needed help with for the DOE. This contract lasted 8 years and also provided the Universitys to be on site and I worked on my PhD.
