My position at Attorneys’ Title Fund Services duties include aggregating and entering client information. Verifying validity of said information. Searching multiple databases for legal documents and company products that are relevant to the requests and provided information. Applying knowledge and skill set to contextualize a holistic view of each order to ensure accuracy and efficiency, as well as solve problems, both logistical and technical. Corresponding with clients to clarify information and inform of order status via email and phone. Communicating with team members to ensure their needs are met and to obtain additional information upon request.

My position at Vantage Point Title duties included creating, organizing, and keeping track of large amounts of files. I also utilized project tracking tools to maintain consistent turnaround times with minimal oversight or errors for various accounts. I had to communicate project priorities to other team members to ensure client expectations and satisfaction remained consistent and outstanding. I was tasked with verifying, maintaining and correcting information from source documents within databases. Coordinated and communicated with company partners and vendors to provide expectations, and on boarded new vendors and partners when needed.
