Main achievements include: • The development of an ASP.NET Core authorisation server and associated Web APIs, utilising access tokens to authenticate users and verify licenses across numerous client applications. • Redevelopment of the ecommerce aspect of the website to enable purchasing of the software product on a timed license / subscription based model, with various pricing levels implemented. • Website and web application development using .NET Core MVC, SQL Server, AngularJS, Umbraco, TeaCommerce and Campaign Monitor.

A contractor role to build complex property management web applications to complete the client's current product set. Main achievements were the delivery of a complete lettings finance feature covering rental income, landlord payments, maintenance payments & property statements in addition to the building of online functionality to provide the solution with property inventory, viewings & enquiry functionality.

Technical Achievements:• Developing ASP.NET and Windows Forms applications providing a comprehensive patient health record to over 4,000 healthcare professionals across 3 hospital sites and numerous GP surgeries across South West London.• Development of a RAD tool to enable the team to quickly build hospital departmental database systems within hours - resulting in massive NHS cost savings.• Development of a generic .NET Web Services interface to replace over 30 different bespoke hospital interfaces resulting in IT support cost savings.Responsibilities:• Lead architect for all development projects.• Project/task management through regular meetings with developers.• Mentoring 6 software/web developers.• Development of a 12-month / 3-year technical direction strategy for the department.• Introduction of best practice standards, procedures and policies to the team. • Involved in staff recruitment, development, training and appraisals.
