Identifying every little detail is not only my specialty, but also my passion. I am always the person to tie up all the loose strings in a project or keep everyone working smoothly. These skills can be partially attributed to my time as an Eagle Scout leader. The core aspects of leading Scouts from the age of 7 to 17 range from learning how to teach young, energetic kids how to save a life to guiding teenagers through miles of forest without their iPhones. My experience in these chaotic environments makes organizing regular projects relatively simple. Even my favorite hobby, weightlifting, involves a large organization of ideas to make sure I succeed. Picking what exercises to do, the amount of each to do, and the days to do them are all vital aspects of this activity, while my diet and sleep patterns are equally as important. Although I can see my success over time, the very small, incremental changes that result from weightlifting have taught me the benefits of delayed gratification and its value in the other work in my life. I look forward to using my skills in a work environment that fosters the sharing of ideas and innovation.
