Save the company funds by conducting a PST exempt review of all yearly payables of various companies, by reviewing invoices and Minister of Finance regulations. Assist the accounts payable process for the company by assigning accounts to company expenses using J.D Edwards and invoices. Also, update and organize the fixed assets and capital expenditures of numerous subsidiary companies of Walkers on a monthly basis. Maintain accounts payable organization, in verifying haulage pricing, paid invoices through vendor statements and phone calls. Perform reconciliations on company equipment such as trucks and advance accounts.
