Hired by LMN, bought by NSP and then by Noblis, to work on several Government contracts insmall teams implementing custom applications. Primary effort was as the Technical Lead onmaking production ready an R&D data aggregation and analysis system. The tool required majorreworking of infrastructure and processing layer to handle production data rates (100,000+messages/month) and data assurance (must not lose data) requirements. Created servicemanagement system for distributed use, scalable release, and fault tolerance. Created metricstracking system to meet Program Management’s reporting needs. Provided technical designduring planning meetings and worked with requirements and user story generation. Technologyused was C#, Silverlight, SQL.

Worked on command and control segment of larger architecture from launch through multipleproduction releases on a multi-team Government contract. Moved to design team for a newsystem, then to Technical Lead of implementation team of seven developers to produce it. Wasthe first Agile project on the Program to successfully pass customer acceptance with nodeficiencies. Transferred to Enterprise Solution taskforce to generate initial design of a unifiedsystem, presented architecture to current and potential stakeholders. Worked with uppermanagement to iterate through design options. Excellent performance rating every year at LM,numerous performance awards.
