Worked as a National Trainer & Educator for P.E.T. with Alliance Imaging, one of the largest mobile diagnostic providers in the U.S.A.. I increased their mobile P.E.T. business by over 50% during that time. Worked with Delta Imaging/Siemens to develop a Sales Department in charge of selling P.E.T./CT scanners and other multi-modality ma-chines. I was also in charge of training their sales staff in selling these machines to hospitals, clinics and doctors offices. We increased sales by over 50% during my contracted employment.Consulted with Gulf Care International and the Saudi Arabia Royal family to develop Healthcare City in Emirates of Dubai. I relocated for 15 months to Italy so I was better able to commute to Abu Dubai. I was in charge of equipment recommendations, setting up the require-ments for engineers, technicians, and office staff. Helped set up day to day protocol for the clinics.

I was hired to help launch a new product to the largest manufacturers, distributors and end-users in the plumbing industry. Within a few months we had obtained an agreement with an International Hard-ware chain, and a National Wholesaler among other contracts still in negotiations. Worked with the owner and board of directors to nego-tiate pricing, and manufacturing timelines. Also, helped establish a CRM for sales tracking and organization. Set the company on a course to start production, distribution and new product development.

Under my guidance the company developed 2 major projects which led to many years of double digit growth. The first was a complete new campus card system and the second was a payment gateway and por-tal. I was also in charge of patent enforcement. I established over 50 new vendor relationships during my time with JSA. Developed multi-ple relationships with National Banks. As President I was also in charge of helping in the development phases of new engineering pro-jects and overseeing the entire engineering department. Oversaw our Cloud development, management and security for the 500-700 million dollars in transactions we processed every year.

I grew the company from 3 employees to over 60. I created a referral network with over 300 physicians. The client list consisted of 1 hospital & 3 clinics when we sold the business in 2005 we had 3 hospitals, 9 clinics, 3 mobile nuclear coaches, & 2 bone mineral diagnostic vans. We established one of the first public P.E.T. centers in the country working with the Cleveland Clinic. We were one of the earliest adopt-ers in the field of Mammography, CT & MRI in public clinics. We ex-panded to include practices and clinics in Illinois, New York, and Ohio. I was in charge of finding a buyer for the practice in 2004. In 2005 we sold the practice for almost 50 million dollars.
