I talked with medium and large-sized organizations and tried to understand their IT challenges and goals. I arranged deals and sold managed IT services, messaging and collaboration tools, network infrastructure, backup and disaster recovery, etc. My goal was to build trust and really get to know a business, in order to identify technologies that can deliver the right experiences for users, admins and leadership. I specialized in selling cloud-based technology that simplified life and offered transparency and ease-of-use to IT administrators.

I provided cashiering and customer service. I worked as a stocker and cleaned a small grocery store.
