CurrentLed a team of employees and contractors in all operations and total management, including lease negotiations, maintenance, construction, and accounting/finance for 85 tenants and over 250,000 SF of commercial space.Achievements:- Analyzed family real estate portfolio and positioned properties for maximum sales return by comparing opportunities and vulnerabilities, the feasibility of alternatives for further growth, costs, and steps to take to market, the likelihood of achieving desired goals, staging and planning to make sales materialize, all while protecting/managing customer relations during a multi-year period of confidentiality.- Successfully negotiated Letters of Intent (LOI)/contract terms and drafted over 150 new leases and numerous renewals across office, retail, and light industrial properties. - Negotiated a 75-year commercial ground lease. - Partnered with engineering and construction firms for budgeting, design, construction, and demolition and served on Owners/Architects/Contractors committees (“OAC”) to supervise construction for projects including 37,000 SF academic building, sports fields, and 100-ton VRF HVAC retrofit in addition to countless tenant improvement and remodeling projects.
