I'm a highly motivated and well-organised individual with proven experience in the financial and higher education industries. I take pride in my warm personality and proficient knowledge in various sectors. Graduating with a 2:1 in Education & Social Policy from Cardiff Metropolitan University has equipped me with a unique set of skills. Whereas, currently, I am pursuing an MSc in International Business at the University of Exeter to further develop my commercial skills and prepare for the corporate world. Recently, I transitioned from Swansea University to join Amazon as an Area Manager, where I manage frontline operations to meet customer expectations. This transition has developed my understanding of operational leadership and its importance in diverse work environments. I'm passionate about leading to the best of my ability, and I believe these experiences will continue to shape my professional career.
