Designed to be turn-key, it contains step-by-step instructions, template documents, procedures for obtaining grants, sample contracts, and motives for each policy to empower future directors to make changes based on evolving circumstance- Managed 5 employees and reported to the general manager- Created the first-ever race team, which took first and third place in the U-16 category at the Quebec championships in 2024
