Responsible for a team of 6 staff working in the Stores department within the large Housing Organisation.Managing Stores stock for operatives to use on jobs for maintenance and new build. Using automated spreadsheets to predict depleted stock and negotiate new stock on better pricing terms/deals longer term. Sourcing one off tools/equipment/materials.Stock ranges from electrical sockets to door mechanisms, plumbing, paint, plasterboard, timber and bricks.

Although originally employed as Part time Counter Assistant and office Admin, within 3 months I was promoted to Counter Supervisor. I had spent the past 4 years being part of the department from cashier to service desk support and until taking this role, opening the Service desk once a week, serving on my own, managing morning reports, taking calls, until staff turned up later in the morning.
