I enjoy working with people and motivating them to be their very best with a positive attitude. I enjoy building a positive team with core values that we all follow. I have found that people want a Leader to guide them in a positive way and will make decisions, along with showing them respect even when it may not be a positive situation. I began in the Printing Industry in 1978 working for Heritage Press. I started as a four color Proofer, then black and white Camera Operator, then color Camera Operator. I then moved to Dot Etching Color Correction. In 1991 I was promoted to Color Department Manager and then all of Conventional and Electronic Prepress. In 1996 I was promoted to Production Scheduling Manager, managing all Production Workflow. In 2001 I was offered the Plant Manager position. In 2003 I went to Motheral Printing as Production Scheduler for 6 months, then promoted to Pressroom Manager. Over time I also managed the QC Department and Prepress. In 2010 I was asked to take the Plant Managers Position at Cockrell Enovation. I managed all Digital and Conventional Production, Outside Services and Order Entry. Currently, I'm with Xpressdocs as the Conventional Manager.My family Is very important to me. I love to be outdoors boating, fishing, hunting, camping and playing with my dog. I also enjoy working on old cars and trucks in my shop. I'm a member of GoodGuy's Streetrod Car Club and NHRA.
