In this role I have been trained to a high standard in machine cleaning, small bore pipework servicing, internal repairs to pipework, HPJ servicing orlf external drains and lines, gutter/ downpipe clearing, alco clearing, I am also competent in using cherry pickers and I am currently being trained in the use of cctv equipment. My main role is to attend pre arranged buildings and sites and perform a service of the pipework either internal or external out to the main sewer lines ensuring that the pipes are left in a clean useable condition tidying up as I go. I also have to attend emergency callouts where we have to go to sites that ring up if they have a problem this could range from a blocked pipe to a full on flood, again leaving these sites in a clean and fully working condition.

Sales assistant on the Oven Fresh department.My main role was to cook a large amount of chickens, other fresh meats and an assortment of pies in the morning so they were ready for when the store opens. I had keep up-to-date with all the paperwork. I had to be very aware of level of customers throughout the day and make sure there was adequate levels of food, I also had to be able to predict using the paperwork from previous days when there might be an influx of customers so I could prepare the food and have it ready to cook to make the day easier. I had to maintain a high level of food hygiene and safety, as well as a high level of cleanliness in and around the department.

Self-employed as a Gardener, Painter and Decorator but I decided to look for more structured work as I was finding it difficult to build a customer database

In this role I had to maintain high levels of cleanliness throughout the building and grounds, make, change and clean 9 rooms. In addition to this I had to take on a high level of responsibility which included vetting new applicants for vacancies that arose in the hotel and supervising the general staff in the day to day running of the hotel.

In this position I had to pick orders on pick notes from the warehouse for customers that phoned up making sure it was done quickly and correctly. I was also put in charge of the entire dispatch department in the absence of the dispatch coordinator which included sorting the orders in deliverable groups of between 1 and 6, making sure I invoiced them and put the correct invoice with the correct goods, also explaining to the delivery drivers which lane they will be taking and answering there questions about the runs if any I also had to answer the phones which included talking to customers as well as answering questions from the sales team if any, In this role I gained experience of the dispatch/warehouse environment, different computer systems, being able to do things quickly and correctly. I also improved my telephone manners.
