This was truly amazing experience; the work has been captured in a ministerial briefing by Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources agency, MTPConnect, and promoted globally as best practice. My migration to Australia in 2006 was a big decision, leaving a career that saw 9 promotions over the 7 years and a senior management position within a growing multinational. I was also given the opportunity to lead the companies Diversity, Career and Family Focus Group which was a great privilege. Leaving as the top performing region in the country with 32 team promotions from within the region is a career highlight. Holding a number of Regional/Area Manager roles during my tenure with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, I managed a number of teams, branches and managers. During this time I honed my skills as a people manager and leader, involved in recruitment, employee development, sales development and manager training. Enterprise Rent-A-Car has a great culture and is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is willing to learn and has ambition to be successful. I thoroughly enjoyed working with some great people and managers in my time there.
