Current• Developed a comprehensive methodology to assess and quantify sailor experience across targeted ratings, leveraging AMEX/SURFMEX methodologies and Navy SMEs to define critical skills and expertise necessary for domain readiness.• Created an Excel-based automated assessment tool to measure individual and unit experience in targeted ratings (CWT and IT), facilitating easy replication and sharing with fleet users to enhance IMEX.• Drove the implementation of experience metrics into MyNavyHR processes, collaborating with BUPERS and NPC to integrate IMEX into the distribution process.• Formulated a strategic plan for the sustainment of IMEX as a key fleet readiness metric, working closely with IFOR, FCC, and onsite SMEs to establish an enterprise-wide team to maintain IMEX and improve personnel readiness.• Supported IFOR Command Leadership in defining readiness criteria, preparing and conducting briefings, developing point papers, and drafting correspondence to support command objectives and readiness goals.
