Developed my own course on ancient Greek music and its reception for the Department of Music, alongside a day-course lecture on Orpheus and the reception of music and myth on Monteverdi's L'Orfeo.

Teaching Latin, ancient Greek and Classical Civilisation to individual students (GCSE- A-level). Developing lesson plans and tailoring learning outcomes for individual students' needs. Keeping records of in-class tests. All students showing progressive improvement. Designing developmentally appropriate, well structured, and pedagogically rich content, with, for example, clear learning objectives and using plenary activities and summaries, creating a “buzz” around learning. Promoting Classics throughout the school by running the weekly "Myth and Monsters" club, creating regular quizzes on Kahoot, and introducing lunchtime ancient Greek for KS-3, and running the department's Twitter account. Organised a school-wide 'Classics Afternoon' for yr. 8s, involving various school departments and outside speakers: unfortunately, postponed due to Covid-19.

One of two who developed and led 6 x 5hr introductory sessions on photogrammetry, covering core theoretical, methodological, and ethical questions of cultural heritage imaging; guiding volunteers through ‘guerrilla’, field, and studio photogrammetry. Responsible for creating original content to upload to YouTube and to embed in our written content. Most viewed video was 29,000+ times in two weeks and was featured by the Greek broadsheet "I Kathimerini", it now has 140k+ views ("Oldest Song from Ancient Greece", linked below). Responsible for sourcing relevant 3rd-party videos to embed in written articles. Developed a strong working knowledge of Adobe Premier Pro and Audition.Was also responsible for implementing the use of 3D models in website articles, and presented research on wider pedagogical implications of 3D models at the EuroMed 2016 conference in Cyprus, which was published as: Lloyd J. As SM Assistant for a website with 1,000,000 monthly visitors, I was responsible for maintaining the Facebook and G+ accounts (over 300,000 followers). My main priorities were linking to new content in a timely fashion, and promoting engagement with it in our SM communities.

My volunteer work for Ancient History Encyclopedia has involved me dispensing information through the articles and definitions that are published and allowed me to further pursue my passion of and interest in the Ancient World with clearly definable outcomes. The website has monthly views of 100,000 and a yearly view (2012) of over one million.

Prepared, taught, and marked undergraduate seminars and lectures, maintaining records of student attendance and marks. Responsible for developing and delivering half of all lectures and seminars for the module "Ancient Song", as well as teaching on "Archaic Greek History" and "Classical Greek History". I delivered the "pot week" introduction to material culture and object handling for all first years in the Ure Museum of Greek Archaeology, integrating the use of 3D models.

Public dissemination of information via social media.Developed my existing fieldwork skills, co-ordinating work between student members.
