Successfully recruited and lead a team of Exercise & Lifestyle coaches, Supervisors, Personal Trainers and studio instructors towards creating a brand leading fitness product and a strong sales culture within my facility.􏰀 To drive our fitness offerings to a world class calibre and ensure the smooth running and operations of the fitness suite, studios and swimming pools.􏰀 Took a leading role within the company to assist our board of directors to devise and implement a brand new fitness process and member experience.􏰀 Successfully increased fitness revenue from £1,200/month (net) to £8,000/month (net) through effective marketing, coaching and performance managing my team.􏰀 Direct selling of gym memberships with weekly and monthly KPI targets met and exceeded consistently.􏰀 Development of a corporate price tariff to deliver high volume membership sales for local businesses, over 300 memberships were sold via this process during my time at Esporta.􏰀 Improved personal training penetration rate from 3% to 8% at the Glamorgan club across it's member base.􏰀 Successfully reduced studio instructor fees from £4,085/month to £2,155/month by developing my staff and allowing our in-house team to take ownership of our group exercise product.􏰀 Generated revenue through studio hire and arranging corporate packages at our club by networking with local businesses and building relationships with large business in the area.􏰀 Successfully developed and implemented a kids swim programme to optimise revenue drive.
