Prior to that, I was the DMOC'S Cyberspace Operations lead where I led a team responsible for network operations, cyber system operations, cybersecurity management, and Information Technology asset management. I'm particularly proud of my new professional track-record; my passion for discovering new innovative ideas and solutions; the trust people put in me; and the joy I take in mentoring and leading teams and individuals.I've spent 20 years in the Air Force where I held numerous positions as a technician and leader; drastically lowered an organization's OTI vulnerability score leading to a multiple-year accreditation; ensured day-to-day cybersecurity compliance within DoD/NIST standards; expedited a $26K network upgrade by installing 200+ laptops/peripherals, reducing contract execution time by 75%; facilitated a $80K virtualization project by migrating 8 servers and supporting DoD IT consolidation requirements; and modernized an organization's website that hosts 8K end-users annually, saving $10K on third-party development costs.
